The Management Development and Research Associates (MaDRA) is a consulting firm based on the leadership of experienced professionals in national and international consulting industries bringing with it more than 30 years of experience. The aim of the MaDRA is to be a reliable competitor in consulting services in the area of Public Finance Management (PFM), Development Cooperation mobilization, Agricultural and Industrial Development, Organization and Management (O&M) survey and paperless Human Resource Information Management System development, Socio-economic Development, Corporate and PPP projects design and other contemporary researches.
The firm has been providing specialized consultancy services in the aforementioned areas to the Government of Nepal (GoN): Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, Ministry of communication and Information Technology; National Planning Commission (NPC); National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission (NNRFC); Office of the Chief Minister and Council of the Ministers, Karnali Province; Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning, Bagmati Province. Furthermore, the MaDRA has successfully delivered the consultancy services in the similar areas to the Development Partners: The World Bank, The World Health Organization and Effective Development Financing and Coordination Project of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Executing the academic knowledge of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and the professional experiences of the retired Secretaries/Joint Secretaries of the GoN and other Freelancer Consultants, the MaDRA Management has been successfully delivering the projects to the full satisfaction of the clients.
